Patriotic "Church in the Park" Service a Big Success!

FSBC’s first-ever "church in the park" service was a big success. For those who missed it, the annual God & Country patriotic service was moved to the Gage Park Amphitheater. The celebration, featuring patriotic anthems, praises for God’s blessings upon our country, and a presentation by Capt. Ron Brown of the Topeka Police Department, was held on Sunday June 29. We were not only blessed with a wonderful presentation by Capt. Brown and our church's musicians, but God blessed us with perfect weather! (Of course, Pastor Clark took credit for that!).

Congratulations to all of the AWANA clubbers who participated in the regional Bible Quiz competition hosted by FSBC recently. Our church took First Place, which is a tremendous accomplishment!
